(Senior) Solution Advisor - Focus on Asset and Service Management(m/w/x)
Demonstrating SAP EAM/APM cloud solutions to C-level clients, generating new software opportunities at a global cloud software provider. 3+ years deep, hands-on SAP EAM/APM expertise with S/4HANA integration understanding required. Flexible working models available.
Requirements
- 3+ years deep, hands-on SAP EAM and APM expertise
- Recognized expertise in SAP EAM and APM solutions
- Strong track record applying SAP EAM/APM in customer contexts
- Solid working knowledge of SAP Service and Asset Manager and SAP Dynamic Forms (strongly desired)
- Strong understanding of Service & Operate Portfolio integration within SAP S/4HANA, including Plant Maintenance (PM) in ECC
- Additional knowledge of SAP FSM and SAP BNAC (welcome plus)
- Experience in pre-sales, value advisory, or demonstration roles for cloud solutions
- Knowledge of value-based selling approaches (Value Engineering, Value Advisory)
- Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS/PaaS models in B2B environment
- Demonstrated achievement of relevant sales KPIs
- Experience planning and managing complex PoCs
- Consulting background (ideally)
- Good understanding of overall SAP portfolio and Intelligent Enterprise strategy
- Skill in crafting compelling customer narratives and presentations
- Confident C-level presence
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for innovative solutions
- Full working proficiency in German and Business English

- Deliver compelling hands-on demonstrations.
- Present solutions to expert and C-level audiences.
- Generate new cloud software opportunities.
- Proactively position the SAP portfolio.
- Qualify customer situations.
- Develop solution proposals with value.
- Support account team with Operate & Service events.
- Contribute to account strategy.
- Contribute to competitive differentiation.
- Identify new opportunities.
- Process RFPs.
- Plan complex PoCs for SAP EAM, APM, Service and Asset Manager, and Dynamic Forms.
- Execute complex PoCs for SAP EAM, APM, Service and Asset Manager, and Dynamic Forms.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader.
- Coordinate sales cycle tasks independently.
- Plan sales cycle tasks independently.
- Transition engagements to SAP Consulting or partners.
- Engage with customers post-sale.
- Reinforce the SAP vision post-sale.
- Ensure customer eagerness for renewal.
- Represent the topic area at trade fairs and events.
- Leverage digital assets like demos and presentations.
