- Align distributor partnerships with corporate objectives and sales targets
- Drive sustainable commercial growth across Asia Pacific
- Oversee key commercial activities and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with senior leadership on commercial planning and execution
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses
- Identify business opportunities, pricing strategies, and emerging trends
- Translate market insights into actionable commercial plans
- Integrate newly acquired products into the regional distribution network
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Ensure seamless market entry and continuity of acquired products
- Comply with American pharmaceutical regulations and distributor agreements
- Monitor distributor performance and adherence to standards
- Address risks and deviations proactively
- Engage with healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and trade associations
- Strengthen market access and business continuity
- Support long-term positioning in the market
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Foster new business opportunities across Asia Pacific
- Enhance brand visibility through external representation
