Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering fields
  • •Minimum of 3 years of work experience in industrial control systems or automation
  • •Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and fieldbus protocols
  • •Knowledge of energy distribution concepts and electrical networks
  • •Self-motivation, curiosity, and commitment to learn
  • •Collaborative and solution-oriented approach
  • •Good technical communication skills and business fluency in English
  • •Willingness and ability to travel for commissioning and service activities

Tasks

  • •Design and implement automation systems
  • •Upgrade and retrofit ABB’s 800xA DCS and AC800M systems
  • •Act as design authority for process automation projects
  • •Apply design thinking concepts in projects
  • •Integrate ABB's latest solutions in plant automation
  • •Conduct quality inspections and factory acceptance tests
  • •Commission solutions at customer locations
  • •Support customers with technical issues remotely and on-site
  • •Collaborate with engineering peers across multiple locations
  • •Assist project managers in technical reviews and discussions
  • •Provide technical details and cost calculations for proposals
