Requirements

  • •2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services or consulting
  • •Hands-on experience with platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Temenos, or Avaloq
  • •Background in requirements engineering, including stakeholder interviews, documentation, and validation
  • •Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • •Motivation to grow and take initiative
  • •Strong academic background from a recognized university or university of applied sciences
  • •Fluency in English; German strongly preferred

  • •Support platform implementation projects for financial services platforms
  • •Collaborate with client stakeholders to define business and technical requirements
  • •Engage with technology and build teams to translate requirements into solutions

  • •Assist in designing platform-enabled operating models for efficiency and compliance
  • •Apply EY methodologies for successful integration and change management
  • •Present insights and recommendations to clients in a compelling manner
  • •Help build client relationships and support account development
