Requirements

  • •Initial experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry (2-5 years)
  • •Understanding of insurance or reinsurance business models, core processes, and regulatory landscape
  • •Experience in requirements engineering, including stakeholder alignment, documentation, and validation
  • •Exposure to agile delivery environments
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills

  • •Strong academic background from a recognized university or university of applied sciences
  • •Fluency in English; German strongly preferred; Swiss German or other languages are a plus
