(Senior) ASIC Analog Design Engineer(m/w/x)
Developing high-voltage analog and mixed-signal ICs for automotive mobility hardware. Senior-level experience in high-power ASIC design and BCD technologies required. Mentoring junior engineers, 4-day work week.
Requirements
- Academic degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or comparable qualification
- Senior-level experience in analog/mixed-signal high-voltage, high-power ASIC design in automotive domain
- Good understanding of BCD technologies
- Proven track record of tape-outs and successful silicon validation
- Knowledge of functional safety and reliability engineering
- Exposure to EMC/ESD design and robustness testing
- Strong understanding of analog circuit theory and physical layout considerations
- Experience with analog-on-top simulation environments and mixed-signal verification
- Familiarity with automotive-grade design constraints and qualification processes
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
- German language skills desirable
- Ability to take initiative
- Effective communication skills
- Eagerness to grow and develop
- Applications from severely handicapped people welcome
Tasks
- Lead development of analog and mixed-signal high-voltage ICs
- Design complex transistor-level analog circuits
- Integrate analog-on-top in chip designs
- Break down requirements from system-level to block-level
- Mentor junior engineers
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Define and implement analog blocks in BCD technologies
- Discuss chip requirements with internal customers
- Collaborate with digital design, layout, verification, and test teams
- Perform chip-top level integration
- Ensure optimal design trade-offs
- Contribute to safety, efficiency, and innovation of automotive systems
