Front-line manufacturing support for batch production, improving process quality and productivity. PhD in Biotechnology or equivalent required. Work with shift teams, 4-day work week.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland or completed Swiss University studies
- BSc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or equivalent Scientific degree
- MSc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Medicine, Genetics or equivalent
- PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Natural Science or equivalent
- Process understanding (R&D, GxP, Sc. data analytics)
- Fluent English and basic understanding of site local language
Tasks
- Ensure timely and compliant process execution
- Continuously improve process quality and productivity
- Support implementation of new concepts and strategies
- Provide front-line manufacturing support
- Work with shift teams to ensure safe and timely batch production
- Maintain master manufacturing documents
- Ensure critical parameters meet written instructions
- Assess and manage technical and process changes
- Perform quality risk assessments
- Manage process changes through change control procedures
- Act as subject matter expert for product and process
- Contribute to process technology innovations
- Collect data for ongoing process verification
- Track and evaluate product performance
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Review validation and qualification protocols
- Support process validations and qualifications
- Execute short-term improvement projects
- Provide input during process transfer
- Execute process improvements and scale-up
- Support process optimization and new technology introduction
- Conduct technology trainings and education programs
- Train process changes in the manufacturing unit
- Maintain processes at inspection readiness level
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
