- Expand product labels and develop combination products
- Identify and allocate resource synergies
- Create and execute product strategy plans
- Support 3-year rolling global business plans
- Maximize lifecycle and regional market value
- Maintain patent defense and generate real-world evidence
- Communicate strategic plans to core PST and extended members
- Contribute to the GPCL Leadership Network
- Develop cross-functional business leadership
- Build high-performing teams
- Manage talent in Global Product Champion & Leadership
