- Partner with Sales and Value Engineering
- Drive revenue through new customer acquisition
- Support strategic up-selling
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Shape future product offerings based on customer insights
- Develop customer-facing position papers
- Create assets and presentations
- Establish brand leadership in architecture and innovation
