- Align with customer commissioning requirements
- Provide remote commissioning support
- Coordinate on-site commissioning with installers
- Integrate EV chargers into customer systems
- Lead on-site troubleshooting for complex issues
- Replace malfunctioning components safely
- Develop expertise in Sungrow’s monitoring tools
- Document recurring quality problems
- Maintain customer and issue databases
- Improve data processing techniques
