Tasks
- Develop informational materials on German labor regulations
- Prepare HR training sessions on operational procedures
- Manage local HR administrative tasks and certificates
- Coordinate maternity leave processes and handovers
- Monitor and follow up on HR service tickets
- Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre in Manchester
- Prepare site meetings and Works Council sessions
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Create content for internal communication channels
- Contribute to site Health & Safety initiatives
- Administer physical mail and digital document archiving
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
