Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • •15+ years of overall professional experience in project management, development and delivery
  • •7+ years in leading multi-national teams/resources
  • •5+ years in experience in financial management and P&L responsibility
  • •Proven expertise in developing complex systems from architecture to implementation
  • •Proven ability to lead, mentor and grow diverse teams
  • •Master's Degree in Engineering, MBA
  • •Experience in automotive project development
  • •Willingness to travel up to 30% domestic and international
  • •Willingness to work in an office in North America/Germany

Tasks

  • •Lead resources managing customer projects
  • •Ensure timely delivery, quality, and profitability of projects
  • •Analyze project and change requests for regional profitability
  • •Engineer audio systems and integrated technology platforms
  • •Combine research and collaboration with design and engineering
  • •Advance in-vehicle infotainment, safety, and efficiency
  • •Oversee P&L for the SBU’s Regional Projects
  • •Assess financial viability of projects and change requests
  • •Maintain overall development plan for Regional Projects
  • •Implement quality practices aligned with HARMAN standards
  • •Represent project development efforts to customers
  • •Support regional RFI/RFQ processes
  • •Staff and maintain department resources for career growth
