Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or Engineering
  • 10 years Automotive industry experience
  • Affinity with Harman Intelligent Cockpit portfolio
  • Understanding of P&L and business cases
  • Strong hunting and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Automotive OEM processes
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Experience with VW group brands

Tasks

  • Execute pursuit strategies for new business opportunities
  • Align pursuit activities with the customer account strategy
  • Identify and create new business pursuits
  • Drive early engagement activities including war gaming
  • Manage RFI and RFQ responses for new opportunities
  • Lead commercial sourcing negotiations with the customer
  • Develop unique selling propositions and value statements
  • Define internal targets based on customer expectations
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Develop strategic plans to win new business
