Requirements

  • •7–8 years of experience in eCommerce, telemedicine, digital health, logistics, or related industries
  • •Proven experience leading cross-functional operations and scaling processes in fast-moving environments
  • •Hands-on mindset and ownership in execution and daily operations
  • •Highly structured, detail-oriented, and analytically strong with a focus on measurable results
  • •Fluency in German and English

Work Experience

7 - 10 years

Tasks

  • •Oversee pharmacy, medical, and pharmaceutical wholesale operations
  • •Manage and mentor a team of four direct reports
  • •Build and optimize operational processes for patient fulfillment
  • •Monitor daily delivery KPIs and implement countermeasures
  • •Manage and expand the partner pharmacy network
  • •Ensure accurate and compliant prescription processing
  • •Collaborate with pharmacies to enhance logistics and service quality
  • •Oversee telemedicine and clinic operations in Germany and the EU
  • •Support the rollout of the HTV Clinics concept
  • •Lead operations of the pharmaceutical wholesaler
  • •Collaborate to expand the product portfolio and supplier relationships
  • •Translate strategic goals into operational execution with Platform Owners
  • •Partner with Finance & Accounting for accurate operational data
  • •Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
