Requirements

  • •Solid experience in the O2C environment
  • •Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Operations, or comparable field
  • •Extensive professional experience in Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations
  • •Broad experience in end-to-end process ownership, operational excellence, and digital transformation
  • •In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP S/4HANA
  • •Experience in EDI processes, automation tools, and KPI reporting
  • •Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work style
  • •Clear communication and confident stakeholder management
  • •Fluency in English, German is a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Own the global Order-to-Cash process
  • •Continuously develop the O2C framework
  • •Drive automation of core processes
  • •Manage and monitor operational KPIs
  • •Ensure high data quality and accurate customer master data
  • •Improve delivery performance with Supply Chain & Logistics
  • •Collaborate with Finance & Credit Control for billing accuracy
  • •Work with IT and the Transformation Office on system integration
  • •Develop digital O2C capabilities
