Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, marketing, or related field
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical key account management or related role
  • Experience working with biopharma portfolios including specialty care, vaccines, or hospital products
  • Familiarity with tendering processes, distributor management, and public-private partnerships in mid-size markets
  • Exposure to KAM transformation initiatives and organizational change management
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and navigate matrix organizations
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Fluency in German and English

  • Manage key accounts

  • Develop tailored action plans for each account
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated account plans
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
