Trade Account Manager(m/w/x)
Key account and KOL management for biopharma portfolios (specialty care, vaccines) in the Austrian market. 5+ years pharmaceutical key account management experience with biopharma portfolios required. Flexible working hours, home office option.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, marketing, or related field
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical key account management or related role
- Experience working with biopharma portfolios including specialty care, vaccines, or hospital products
- Familiarity with tendering processes, distributor management, and public-private partnerships in mid-size markets
- Exposure to KAM transformation initiatives and organizational change management
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and navigate matrix organizations
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Manage key accounts
- Highlight specific account tenders
- Support demand and forecasting
- Maintain connections with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Develop and implement strategic account plans
- Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Maintain relationships with hospitals, hospital pharmacies, and clinics
- Develop tailored action plans for each account
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated account plans
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Articulate the value of Pfizer's products and services
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Track key account metrics and report progress
- Drive transformation with the MSM Transformation Team
