Requirements
- •10+ years’ experience in Total Rewards, HR, or large-scale HR project delivery
- •Proven experience in mobility, sales incentive/variable pay design, and M&A support
- •Strong grounding in compensation fundamentals, pay governance, and analytics
- •Excellent project/programme management and stakeholder influencing skills
- •Collaborative partner able to work effectively across HR, Finance and business leadership
- •Enterprise-first mindset with sound judgement
- •Detail-oriented, disciplined and execution-focused working style
- •Proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- •Proficiency in written and spoken English
- •German and/or other language would be an advantage
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- •Provide Total Rewards support for M&A activities
- •Govern the Mondi Cash Bonus Plan
- •Drive updates and secure approvals for the bonus plan
- •Lead strategic Total Rewards initiatives
- •Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, HRIS, and Payroll
- •Manage change and rollout of TR programs
- •Support the Group TR Leader with transformation projects
