- In-depth knowledge of compensation & benefits concepts
- Experience in HR policy and HR operations
- Ability to work independently and apply analytical skills
- Ability to identify and offer suggestions for improvements
- In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR-related areas beyond compensation and benefits
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver under high pressure
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in Total Rewards
- Ability to identify and diagnose needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences
- Fluency in English and good working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish
Tasks
- Drive continuous improvement in the Total Rewards strategy
- Collaborate with the HR Director to implement a modern Total Rewards strategy
- Standardize and streamline processes for efficiency
- Provide expert advice on total rewards and well-being policies
- Lead initiatives to enhance remuneration and reward systems
- Design and implement benefit programs and communications
- Analyze market trends to optimize benefits offerings
- Ensure policies align with organizational needs and recommend changes
- Conduct impact assessments for policy revisions
- Monitor benefit utilization and financial impact
- Serve as the escalation point for benefits inquiries
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide data-driven insights
- Implement competitive and performance-driven compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Oversee payroll coordination and policy adherence
- Train HR staff and advise leadership on compensation matters
- Conduct periodic reviews of benefits and allowances
- Support salary, allowance, and benefits forecasting
- Manage medical insurance and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with reward policies and regulatory standards
- Lead salary benchmarking and internal equity analysis
- Address audit findings with sustainable solutions
- Maintain and update policies and benefits documentation
- Oversee medical insurance plan reviews and renewals
- Benchmark remuneration policies and implement new benefit programs
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for complex benefits issues
- Represent HR in management meetings and external forums
- Oversee budget planning for total rewards
- Provide guidance on budget analysis and utilization
- Foster partnerships with employees and managers
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Total Rewards & Well-being team
- Set clear expectations and provide feedback to the team
- Address performance gaps and support professional development
- Perform related tasks as assigned by the HR Director
