Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in SaaS and On-Prem support
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Basic technical knowledge in databases, programming, and network technology
- Ability to familiarize with complex software applications
- Knowledge of SAP applications and business processes
- Analytical and solution-oriented problem-solving approach
- Proven track record in customer-facing support role
- Experience with QA/automation testing tools (optional)
Tasks
- Perform technical analysis of customer requests
- Process requests from all customer segments
- Respond to inquiries via self-service cases, live chat, phone, and video
- Organize cases by priority and escalate to engineers when needed
- Suggest improvements for internal documentation and knowledge base
- Collaborate with customers to enhance their experience
