Tasks
- Provide technical advice to the sales team
- Recommend product capabilities, compatibility, and customization
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs
- Develop tailored solutions for customers
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Deliver product training to potential clients
- Assist in creating technical proposals and bids
- Translate customer needs into technical specifications
- Develop cost estimates with CEMs
- Conduct remote and on-site product demonstrations
- Showcase product features, functionalities, and benefits
- Address technical questions during demonstrations
- Create test plans for verification
- Conduct acceptance testing and proof of concepts (PoC)
- Create test reports and discuss results with clients
- Develop project-specific technical documentation
- Maintain customized technical documentation
- Create solution descriptions and FAQs
- Support the sales process with documentation
- Facilitate customer understanding with documentation
- Collaborate with technical support on escalations
- Monitor post-sales technical support for clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues for clients
- Resolve product-related challenges
- Coordinate with engineering or support teams
- Conduct training for internal sales teams
- Enhance sales team technical understanding
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Research competitor offerings and new technologies
- Provide insights to sales and product development
- Gather customer feedback on product performance
- Collect user experience feedback
- Communicate feature requests to relevant teams
- Inform product improvements based on feedback
