- Understand customer requirements
- Influence platform definition
- Act as primary technical interface
- Support design development
- Support specification development
- Ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities
- Deliver technical presentations
- Provide product demonstrations
- Offer hands-on support at customer sites
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to shape opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to advance opportunities
- Own and drive resolution of debug challenges
- Own and drive resolution of validation challenges
- Own and drive resolution of integration challenges
- Provide structured updates on customer activities
- Provide structured updates on ongoing projects
- Provide structured updates on future opportunities
- Use CRM tools for updates
- Contribute customer insights to Business Units
- Support new product definition
- Support continuous improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with customer engineering teams
