- Solid technical foundation
- Background or strong interest in tech support, consulting, or pre-sales
- Experience working with customers in complex, regulated environments
- Ability to handle pressure during audit phases
- Familiarity with REST APIs, logs, and developer tools
- Basic debugging skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with LLMs
- Strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize workflows and customer experiences

Tasks
- Lead customer calls to understand specific needs
- Guide customers on optimal solution usage
- Support customers through audit and certification phases
- Collaborate on self-certifications and regulatory authority communication
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues using logs and tools
- Create internal reports and follow up on open issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to engineering
- Use AI tools to prepare customer interactions and documentation
- Champion AI adoption for team efficiency
- Create and maintain technical guidance and user guides
- Facilitate technical kick-off calls for customer onboarding
- Help customers integrate APIs seamlessly
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Sales, Product, and Engineering
