Requirements
- Good command of English and German (B2 or C1 level)
- Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Service Now
- Ability to analyze requirements from provider and client perspectives
- Integration focus with tools like Swagger, Apiary, Chrome DevTools, Postman, SoapUI or understanding SQL
- Experience in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
- Strong understanding of workflow engines (Pega, Camunda, JBPM or similar) or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with process and requirements methods
- Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude
Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for workflow automation
- Translate business processes into technical specifications for Pega
- Design and document BPMN diagrams and workflow schemas
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
- Define integration points with existing core systems
- Provide technical integration documentation to support the team
- Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead the development team during implementation and pilot rollouts
