Requirements
- •Good command of English and German (B2 or C1 level)
- •Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Service Now
- •Ability to analyze requirements from provider and client perspectives
- •Integration focus with tools like Swagger, Apiary, Chrome DevTools, Postman, SoapUI or understanding SQL
- •Experience in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
- •Strong understanding of workflow engines (Pega, Camunda, JBPM or similar) or willingness to learn
- •Familiarity with process and requirements methods
- •Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude

Tasks
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for workflow automation
- •Translate business processes into technical specifications for Pega
- •Design and document BPMN diagrams and workflow schemas
- •Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
- •Define integration points with existing core systems
- •Provide technical integration documentation to support the team
- •Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- •Lead the development team during implementation and pilot rollouts
