Requirements

  • Good command of English and German (B2 or C1 level)
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Service Now
  • Ability to analyze requirements from provider and client perspectives
  • Integration focus with tools like Swagger, Apiary, Chrome DevTools, Postman, SoapUI or understanding SQL
  • Experience in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
  • Strong understanding of workflow engines (Pega, Camunda, JBPM or similar) or willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with process and requirements methods
  • Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude

Tasks

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for workflow automation
  • Translate business processes into technical specifications for Pega
  • Design and document BPMN diagrams and workflow schemas
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
  • Define integration points with existing core systems
  • Provide technical integration documentation to support the team
  • Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead the development team during implementation and pilot rollouts
