- Calibrate hiring decisions company-wide
- Systematize talent processes
- Implement clear analytics and scalable workflows
- Focus on conversion rates and cycle times
- Maintain pipeline health
- Grow Tacto's presence in the DACH startup ecosystem
- Build relationships with top universities
- Organize high-quality events
- Maintain a network of top performers
