- Screen, interview, and hire top talent
- Onboard new employees effectively
- Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels
- Establish innovative active sourcing techniques
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Build and maintain a strong talent network
- Expand university relationships and partnerships
- Represent company values as a brand ambassador
- Drive innovative employer branding projects
- Conduct impactful recruitment events
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics
- Review hiring goals and success rates
