- Analyze retention and conversion data
- Act on insights for CLV and churn
- Ensure CRM compliance with regulations
- Adhere to responsible gaming standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Deliver impactful communication
- Act as the CRM point of contact for Sweden
