Tasks

  • Design and execute CRM strategies
  • Activate, engage, and retain users across 9 markets
  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Advise on global and local initiatives
  • Ensure right messages reach right users at right times
  • Drive experimentation and optimization
  • Set up A/B tests
  • Analyze test results
  • Turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Lead cross-functional projects
  • Create dashboards
  • Segment user lifecycles
  • Optimize processes
  • Develop experimentation frameworks
  • Manage and optimize campaign calendar
  • Align communications with lifecycle stages
  • Align communications with business priorities
  • Act as main CRM point of contact
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and local teams
