Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Full working proficiency in English
- Sufficient sourcing and recruiting experience
- Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience (plus, not required)
- Experience with recruitment methods and techniques implementation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- English language ability
Tasks
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process regionally
- Recruit for all roles in Clinical Trials
- Develop tailored job advertisements and materials
- Post job advertisements on media platforms
- Maintain job advertisements and recruitment materials
- Proactively source candidates on job boards and social media
- Liaise with recruitment agencies on position requirements
- Organize first-stage interviews and candidate testing
- Conduct first-stage interviews and candidate testing
- Report on first-stage interviews and candidate testing
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Develop compensation and benefits benchmarks
- Maintain compensation and benefits benchmarks
- Collaborate with hiring managers on benchmarks
- Collaborate with Training & Resourcing on benchmarks
- Develop candidate pipelines for open and future roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Act as a candidate point of contact
- Build relationships with candidates during selection
- Maintain a positive employer reputation
- Provide analytical recruiting reports to hiring managers
- Provide analytical recruiting reports to Training & Resourcing
