- Deliver high-quality support services to customers and partners
- Investigate reported issues and provide guidance on best practices
- Log issues and track status using PTC’s case management tool
- Create and publish knowledge articles for customer and employee use
- Engage in continuous training programs to develop skills
- Proactively take on new challenges and responsibilities
