Senior Cloud Service Manager(m/w/x)
Representing PTC with major international SaaS customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction. Strong client services and account management skills required. Hybrid work, 4-week workation option.
Requirements
- Motivation for client services and account management
- Focus on complex project lifecycle
- Great verbal and written presentation skills
- Ability to create, build, and manage customer relationships
- Analyze client needs and issues, rally internal teams for proactive actions
- Program Management background: PMP & ITIL background or certification is a bonus
- Background in Enterprise software implementation or support
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5 years of experience in Cloud or SaaS client service or account management
- Knowledge of SaaS-based and/or Cloud-based business models in software industry
- Great communication skills in English and German (fluency required)
Tasks
- Represent PTC with major international SaaS customers
- Ensure long-term customer satisfaction with PTC’s SaaS offering
- Serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for customers
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence PTC’s SaaS strategy
- Plan and execute risk mitigation strategies to retain and build customer loyalty
- Provide insights by analyzing customer health metrics
- Maximize customer value to drive business growth and profitability
- Execute and oversee all PTC SaaS deliverables
- Establish and manage governance models and Cloud Services reviews
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations
- Coordinate PTC eco-system resources to resolve customer issues
- Oversee service requests and change management processes
- Deploy repeatable processes and best practices using the Cloud Services ITIL framework
- Identify operational risks impacting customer satisfaction
- Define and execute mitigation plans with the account team
- Understand customers’ business processes to optimize PTC SaaS adoption
- Work with Delivery teams to ensure timely and quality program delivery
- Analyze and report on customer system performance metrics
- Assist customers with business model strategies for SaaS services
