Tasks
- Become an expert on the Sentry product
- Resolve inbound support requests regarding product and SDK usage
- Engage with users on community and social support channels
- Triage, reproduce, and report product bugs
- Monitor and manage technical escalations to engineering
- Curate customer feedback within open-source repositories
- Contribute to team-wide goals and strategic initiatives
- Develop knowledge base documentation, internal guides, and demos
- Provide real-time support via chat, email, and video
- Participate in an on-call rotation for extended coverage
