- Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Self-driven and motivated to excel
- Passion for technology and SaaS companies
- Past experience as a developer/devops
- Extensive knowledge in Logs, Metrics, Traces
Tasks
- Support customers by understanding their needs
- Help customers achieve their goals using Sentry Platform
- Drive customer success through effective onboarding
- Facilitate customer adoption and value realization
- Ensure customer retention and growth
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define objectives
- Work with customer teams to achieve business and technical goals
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor
- Promote best practices and innovation
- Partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Communicate customer needs to prioritize improvements
- Enhance customer experience and product adoption
