- Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or comparable field
- Three years experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits
- Good knowledge of French compensation and benefits
- Solid analytical skills and Excel knowledge
- Ability to work with data and recommendations
- Structured, solution-oriented style and communication skills
- Comfort in multicultural environments, integrity, and discretion
- Very good English, good French, and German skills
Tasks
- Support salary reviews and incentive plans
- Manage promotions and job evaluations
- Develop global job architecture and compensation frameworks
- Contribute to global Total Rewards initiatives
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Manage French compensation and benefits compliance
- Monitor regulatory changes and recommend adjustments
- Maintain documentation and support internal audits
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and controls
- Advise HR, Payroll, and Finance on rewards topics
