Senior Specialist HR Operations EMEA(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Labor Law, or similar education
- Proven experience in HR Operations or administrative HR roles
- Strong operational understanding of HR lifecycle processes
- Ability to evaluate data and situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across teams
- Business fluency in English and German; additional language skills advantageous
Tasks
- Deliver end-to-end HR administrative services
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes
- Oversee internal transfers and offboarding
- Handle contract management and data administration
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations
- Support process automation and scalability improvements
- Drive operational excellence within the team
- Plan and manage major operational changes
- Coordinate annual events like contract harmonization
- Mentor and coach team members on legislation
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance in Workday
- Conduct regular audits and collaborate with HRBPs
- Manage contract creation and automation
- Align contracts with legal and policy requirements
- Partner with Payroll to maintain accurate data
- Support payroll processing and cross-functional projects
- Ensure audit readiness through compliant documentation
