Senior Solution Sales Executive - GRC(m/w/x)
Demonstrating the Workiva platform for GRC solutions to expand customer opportunities. Complex software demonstration skills required. Comprehensive security and privacy training provided.
Requirements
- 6+ years in related commercial role (complex solution sales or technology consulting)
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Understanding of SaaS business model
- Ability to demonstrate complex software applications
- Strong understanding of audit, risk, and compliance (highly desirable)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of complex business challenges
- Executive presence and senior-level communication ability
- Ability to identify and navigate influencers vs. buyers
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales success
- Ability to negotiate pricing with value retention focus
- Capability for achieving and exceeding sales quota targets
- Reliable internet access for remote work
Tasks
- Identify new business and customer expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships
- Generate qualified sales pipeline
- Conduct compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform
- Address customer objections and find solutions
- Guide the sales process to a successful close
- Update CRM tools with customer contacts
- Forecast sales through pipeline analysis
- Develop and execute a sales strategy
- Rally internal support for account pursuit
- Prioritize and follow through on selling activities
- Maintain strong product knowledge through training
- Share knowledge and best practices with peers
