Requirements
- •PhD or MSc with equivalent relevant work experience in a related field
- •Experience in cleanroom microfabrication, magnetism, and/or nanoparticles
- •Experience with wafer-level fabrication, preferably on 200 mm wafers
- •Experience contributing to cleanroom-related projects with a results-oriented mindset
- •Evidence of cleanroom work, such as scientific publications or a PhD thesis
- •Knowledge of RF characterization techniques and experience with thin film growth processes
- •Familiarity with software tools such as Ansys, Comsol, CST, RF simulations, or Python
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- •Willingness to relocate to Villach, Austria

- •Focus on magnetic microsystem devices
- •Develop and optimize cleanroom fabrication steps
- •Deposit and characterize dielectric and magnetic materials
- •Create and refine device process flows
- •Execute device-level characterization, including magnetic response
- •Assess electrical performance and structural characterization
- •Identify and solve fabrication-related issues
- •Document all process steps, measurements, and results
- •Collaborate with the thin film team for magnetic integration
- •Work with partners to define device requirements
- •Contribute to device prototypes and early demonstrator development
- •Analyze and evaluate experimental data
- •Meet deadlines for deliverables and milestones
- •Contribute to scientific publications
