Requirements
- •Expertise in industrial applications and hands-on experience with Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 1–6
- •Post-doctoral record of at least 15 years in research, innovation, and leadership in magnetics
- •Strong understanding of microfabrication technologies, magnetic simulation methodologies, and experimental design
- •Strong scientific track record evidenced by peer-reviewed publications and invited talks
- •Broad and strong industrial and academic network proven by collaborations and publications
- •In-depth knowledge of ongoing research trends and the European industrial ecosystem of magnetic microsystems
- •Demonstrated ability to lead funding acquisition and collaborate with the industry
- •Minimum 10 years of experience in project management of large international R&D projects
- •Proven record of at least 5 years team leading experience in industry and research
- •Excellent communication and organizational skills

- •Lead and develop the MMT Research Unit
- •Manage and grow a team of 10-15 researchers
- •Oversee personnel management and provide mentorship
- •Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
- •Represent the unit internally and build external partnerships
- •Drive project acquisition with international partners
- •Ensure alignment with corporate goals and financial sustainability
- •Shape the unit’s research strategy and project portfolio
- •Coordinate with the Head of Research Division
- •Elevate the unit to world-class magnetic microsystem research
- •Achieve significant economic and societal impact
- •Coordinate and orient the unit’s research directions
- •Plan and oversee necessary investments
- •Initiate and manage cooperative research projects
- •Collaborate closely with project partners
- •Provide technical guidance to project managers
- •Coordinate the unit's research output
- •Publish in scientific journals and present at key events
