- Manage customer’s travel spend across Transient, Meetings & Groups, and Longstay
- Align travel management with business objectives in savings, traveler satisfaction, sustainability, and compliance
- Guide customers through HRS’ AI-powered Copilot Platform
- Connect business goals to data and insights
- Lead local negotiations with preferred suppliers
- Optimize customer-specific hotel programs
- Expand HRS’ footprint within the account
- Contribute to upsell and cross-sell success
- Take ownership of customer’s total travel spend
- Map and manage key stakeholders within the customer’s organization
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Consult on strategic goals in savings, traveler satisfaction, sustainability, and compliance
- Lead the RFP process for the customer’s hotel program
- Conduct targeted re-negotiations with hotels in key destinations
- Ensure understanding and adoption of ‘next best actions’ in the Copilot AI platform
- Support Customer Success Manager in upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Ground recommendations in performance data and insights
