- Manage complex integration cycles
- Develop key relationships with Enterprise customers
- Execute within customer subteams (Finance, HR, etc.)
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite customers
- Align customer goals with business strategy
- Identify customer success metrics
- Collaborate with Account Executives on joint success plans
- Assess customer health checks
- Serve as the voice of the customer
- Provide internal feedback for customer value and retention
- Maintain deep product understanding
- Discuss relevant product features with customers
- Conduct regular customer check-in calls
- Conduct Quarterly and Strategic Business Reviews
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on enhancement requests
- Handle customer escalations
- Collaborate across teams to resolve issues
