Requirements
- Advanced degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Several years' experience as strategic HR Business Partner in complex, ideally multinational or matrix organizations
- Proven track record advising senior leaders and executive teams
- Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and large-scale transformation initiatives
- Solid knowledge of employment law, ideally with international exposure, and experience managing complex employee relations
- Strong business acumen linking people strategy to commercial outcomes
- Experience in performance and talent management, including succession planning and leadership development
- Analytical mindset using HR metrics for data-driven decisions
- Experience with organizational development, culture transformation, and change management methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and coaching skills, ideally supported by relevant certifications
