- Develop frameworks for measurable impact
- Manage the customer’s overall success and vision planning
- Monitor customer health and multi-solution adoption
- Apply industry specialization to drive measurable impact
- Act as the central point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- Define success plans with clear, measurable outcomes
- Ensure cohesive communication across internal and customer audiences
- Network within accounts to execute client strategies and roadmaps
- Orchestrate internal resources to deliver exceptional experiences
- Align and track goals using the customer engagement model
- Drive product adoption using data-driven insights
- Guide customers through the digital maturity curve
- Share industry trends to champion innovation
- Identify customer risk and build collaborative recovery plans
- Represent the voice of the customer internally
- Share strategic use cases and process improvements
- Contribute to customer success thought leadership
- Share best practices and feedback to improve organizational approaches
