Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR controlling
- Knowledge of job evaluation systems and grading structure maintenance
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English proficiency, German is beneficial
- High sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Tasks
- Develop and maintain salary structures and benefits programs
- Engage in international and national compensation benchmarking
- Analyze market data and trends
- Support bonus structures and total reward frameworks
- Lead annual salary review processes
- Act as a trusted advisor on compensation topics
- Support stakeholders and management initiatives
- Monitor and manage compensation budgets with Finance
- Assist with the annual payround process
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Support HRBPs during the payround exercise
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reporting
- Identify trends and areas of non-compliance
- Spot opportunities for performance improvements
- Prepare and analyze FTE reporting and personnel statistics
- Develop ad-hoc analyses for management reporting
- Monitor compliance with compensation policies
- Support implementation of new regulatory requirements
- Advise on policy updates and remuneration frameworks
