Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- •Minimum 4 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR controlling
- •Knowledge of job evaluation systems and grading structure maintenance
- •Strong analytical and numerical ability
- •Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
- •Strong organizational and planning skills
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Advanced English proficiency, German is beneficial
- •High sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- •Develop and maintain salary structures and benefits programs
- •Engage in international and national compensation benchmarking
- •Analyze market data and trends
- •Support bonus structures and total reward frameworks
- •Lead annual salary review processes
- •Act as a trusted advisor on compensation topics
- •Support stakeholders and management initiatives
- •Monitor and manage compensation budgets with Finance
- •Assist with the annual payround process
- •Ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- •Support HRBPs during the payround exercise
- •Analyze performance metrics and provide reporting
- •Identify trends and areas of non-compliance
- •Spot opportunities for performance improvements
- •Prepare and analyze FTE reporting and personnel statistics
- •Develop ad-hoc analyses for management reporting
- •Monitor compliance with compensation policies
- •Support implementation of new regulatory requirements
- •Advise on policy updates and remuneration frameworks
