Tasks
- Lead cheese product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create value-driven solutions
- Translate customer insights into technical innovations
- Design and execute experiments in lab and pilot settings
- Optimize formulations and enhance functionality
- Evaluate novel ingredients or enzymes
- Support commercialization as the cheese applications expert
- Coordinate sensory and consumer testing
- Manage sample production and monitor product quality
- Ensure project success by managing timelines and deliverables
- Document experimental work and communicate results
- Support scale-up and industrialization efforts
- Contribute to intellectual property development
- Stay ahead of trends through collaboration with research centers and academia
