Requirements

  • 5+ years CRM & Email Marketing Operations
  • Strong Salesforce and Marketing Cloud expertise
  • Solid understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and campaign optimization
  • Comfortable with SQL and data analysis
  • Data-driven, hands-on mindset with strong ownership
  • Holistic understanding of CRM and marketing ecosystem
  • Very good German communication skills
  • Very good English communication skills
  • Experience with Looker Studio or Tableau
  • Basic Python or JavaScript skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and CRM migrations
  • Knowledge of event-based and multi-channel automation

Tasks

  • Lead Salesforce and Marketing Cloud ecosystem
  • Scale CRM architecture and data quality
  • Manage automation workflows and integrations
  • Optimize performance-driven email marketing campaigns
  • Focus on personalization, conversion, and lifecycle optimization
  • Support B2B marketing initiatives
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies
  • Manage lead processes and sales handoff optimization
  • Create sales enablement materials with Product and Brand teams
  • Drive continuous CRM and marketing automation improvement
  • Implement testing and AI-driven optimization
  • Develop scalable processes
  • Manage integration across marketing technology stack
