Requirements

- At least five years of professional experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models in a business or industrial setting
- Proven success in bringing models from research or prototype stage into productive operations
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership and delivery focus
- Strong expertise in modern ML methods and their practical limitations
- Hands-on experience with Python-based ML stacks and production environments
- Solid understanding of data quality, bias, robustness, and compliance requirements for enterprise AI systems
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, is an advantage
Tasks
- Develop AI/ML models for automotive use cases
- Train and validate models for production
- Optimize models for long-term operation
- Transform large-scale engineering and business data into models
- Ensure model performance and robustness
- Manage model lifecycle in real business environments
- Deploy models into productive systems
- Monitor model behavior and improve based on feedback
- Collaborate with data stewards and platform engineers
- Contribute to lighthouse use cases and best practices
