Requirements
- More than 5 years experience in AI-based robotics or autonomous driving development
- Strong Python programming skills
- Solid C++ experience
- Deep expertise in prediction and planning models
- Practical experience with data-driven development
- Experience with E2E AI architectures and learning paradigms
- Experience in safety critical or regulated environments (advantage)
Tasks
- Design and deliver end-to-end ADAS AI models
- Define and drive ADAS AI stack direction
- Define architecture and interfaces for vehicle, simulation, and validation
- Own complete training, evaluation, and release cycles
- Implement and execute training, evaluation, and release cycles
- Perform data selection and scene mining
- Conduct closed-loop evaluation
- Perform root cause error analysis
- Execute KPI-based validation
- Design and optimize humanlike driving behavior models
- Apply behavior modeling and reinforcement learning
- Utilize imitation learning and hybrid data/model approaches
- Contribute to international model rollouts
- Adapt models to regulatory requirements
- Adapt models to regional traffic behavior
- Adapt models to ODD extensions
- Design explainable AI functions for cross-domain integration
