Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable qualification
- 5+ years experience developing state-of-the-art AI methods, LLMs, VLAMs, multimodal architectures, world models
- Proven ability to translate AI methods into production-ready system designs
- Architectural design and validation skills
- Experience in complex AI or embedded systems (ideally automotive, robotics, safety-critical)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proactive and independent work style
- Solid software engineering foundation
- Daily work with Python and C/C++
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Advantageous knowledge of written and spoken German
Tasks
- Design AI architecture for future vehicles
- Define integration of AI models into ADAS architectures
- Ensure scalability of integration decisions
- Define AI system strategy for ADAS
- Validate AI strategy through feasibility assessments
- Develop prototypes and evaluation pipelines
- Develop data models
- Test against real-world product requirements
- Collaborate with expert teams on ADAS products
- Shape ADAS interaction with in-vehicle AI systems
- Shape future voice-based vehicle interactions
