Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes (Hochschul-)Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder Personalmanagement
  • •Sehr gute Kenntnisse von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • •Im Projektkernteam für die HR IT-Transformation der ÖBB arbeiten
  • •Mit Stakeholder:innen aus HR und IT abstimmen
  • •SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central konfigurieren
  • •Systemadministration für die SuccessFactors Plattform übernehmen
  • •Integration von SAP SuccessFactors in die HR IT-Landschaft betreuen
  • •Bestandsdaten aus Altsystemen migrieren
  • •Integration mit SAP Systemen und Drittsystemen sicherstellen
  • •Nach dem Go-Live für einen reibungslosen Systembetrieb sorgen
  • •Eng mit HR bei Releasewechseln, Incidents und Change Requests zusammenarbeiten
  • •Neue Funktionalitäten und Schnittstellen bewerten und konfigurieren
